Return & Replacement Policy
If you purchased a pair of slippers through our web site and are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your order within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are happy to offer you a $5.00 return label for returns or exchanges. We will need to be contacted at 253-234-3000 to verify your information.
All returned items must be unused and in original packaging. To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip included with your order. Returns without a packing slip can be delayed or may remain unprocessed. Washington Shoe is not responsible for lost packages.

Slippers not purchased directly from Washington Shoe must be returned or exchanged through the retailer product was purchased from. The retailer you purchased our products through accepts responsibilities of any warranty for quality, and will process any returns or exchanges per their company policy.
Washington Shoe provides warranty against defects in craftsmanship for a period of 90 days from the purchase date. If something happens to the product purchased from Washington Shoe beyond normal wear and tear, please contact us and we will be more than happy to replace your product at no cost to you with proof of purchase.
